The 4th AGM of LSUK was successfully completed under the Chaimanship of LSUK President Mr. Chandra Prasad Gurng. The Program detail are follows:

1. Attendance - 79 adults and some children
2. Venue - BGWS, Farnborough
3. Date - 10 April 2010 (Sat)
4. Time - Rendevouz at 1000 hrs
5. Program Itenary -

1000 - 1225 hrs: Gathering, served with tea/coffee/biscuit

1230 hrs - AGM started with Welcome speech/Safety brief by the Secretary, Mr Tularam Gurung followed by Chairmanship by LSUK President, Advisors and senior members.
1 Minute silence was observed for the sad demise of Mrs Tirtha Maya Gurung (Taji), W/O Mr. Min Gurung.

1245 hrs - Meeting session was opened by the Secretary, Mr Bishwa Jang Gurung followed by last meeting minute, LSUK constitution, brief description on past year LSUK functions/programs, important decisions and other commitments, LSUK A/C detail by Treasurer Mr. Buddhi Prasad Gurung, Speech by Advisors Mr. Sher Sunar, Mr. Omendra Gurung, speech by Mr. Ek Bahadur Gurung, speech by President Mr. Chandra Prasad Gurung.

1430 hrs - Break, tea/coffee/drinks/snacks served
1500 hrs - AGM resumed, detail discussions on Agenda as follows: Ambulance Project, Ama Samuha LSUK, Executive member selction, LSUK Summer BBQ.
1800 hrs - AGM concluded with Chairman's vote of thanks and announcement of Ama Samuha LSUK committee member namelist.
1800 - 2130 hrs: Food served followed by cocktail dance.
2130 - 2200 hrs: Cleaning on progress
2200 hrs - The End
