3rd Annual General meeting

Agenda
- Secretary welcomed to all members, attendance was taken and high volume of members was attended.
- The meeting was opened by The President and briefed about the meeting.
- Vice President encouraged all attendees to come and put more ideas and views, which can make our samaj better in the future. He also briefed about aim, progress and future plan of samaj.
- Treasurer read out the statement of our current fund with total loss and profit.
- Membership fee will remain £12 per annum. New members should pay the membership fee according to the Constitution. Rate for life membership are as follows:
For 3 year = £30
For 5 year = £50
For Life member = £200
6. Discussed and confirmed that samaj will organise 2 main events in a year that will be summer and Winter Bhetghat. Winter Bhetghat will be held on Saturday, 1st week month of November, every year.
Date for Winter Bhetghat of 2009 has been confirmed on 7th November 2009 at Farnborough. Venue and full details are TBC.
Summer Bhetghat will also be held on weekend, 2nd week month of June, every year and full details are TBC.
7. The word of SYORA and rate will remain as it is now according to the Constitution.
8. Summer BBQ 2009 will be held on Sunday, 21 Jun 2009 at white Swan pub, Aldershot. Food will be self-cooking BBQ. Ticket will be sell at the entrance.
